Hi Dennis, I just installed the three BOLT BUMPERS in three of my AK's. They fit perfect and were easy to install. I can feel that they are softer than my AK with a "B***** Tech . . . " Good Job! Chuck

Dennis, A month or so back I ordered a bolt bumper from you for an AK-47. I received it and it works fine. Seems to be better than the other companies, and the price is right. It really reduces the recoil.  . . Thanks you, Tom S.

Please send me the 2x faster trigger for the AK type rifles. (no longer available due to BIG Bro.) David K., WI. PS I love the bolt bumpers!

I don't know how much clout I hold . . . but I can vouch for the quality and effect of BumperGuys' bolt bumpers. There's not much to them but I could definitely tell a difference in the felt recoil with the bumper installed. He is a very nice guy too! Dickie

I got some buffers and tried them out from BumperGuy. I tried them in my Romak 3 and .308 Saiga. They work good. The recoil was reduced on the rifles and not really any modification needed to install them. I have one I am going to try in my Chinese Dragunov. I was looking at the B*****tech buffers and theirs for AKs will need a lot of modification to fit the Romak 3 and would not fit the .308 Saiga. Ed.

I received my Bolt Bumpers from BumperGuy today. I was rather impressed with the idea. They slipped right in on my Saiga and Yugo and I was pleasantly surprised to find glue INCLUDED. (I ordered the 3 pack) What a deal. I suggest that everyone give em a try. They are narrow in thickness and will not affect normal function of the rifle unlike the other buffers do (I despise the B*****Tech ones.) This is the ticket. BumperGuy is not getting rich off of these by any means, so you won't feel like you're being taken advantage of like the other guys. Go ahead, give em' a try. "BackBlast"

I received a 3 pack of the AK bolt bumpers from BumperGuy. At the price, you wont feel "taken" trying this product out. I did a few "tests," to see if these things would stand up as well as the B****** Tech's. I loaded 4 mags each with the same Wolf ammo. First I started with the B***** Tech and shot one mag (30 rounds) at a slow even aimed pace to feel the recoil, and listen to the noise produced. I'm not a fan of the B***** Techs, and have thought for some time they are overrated. Yet, I was trying to be fare. The next 30 rounds were fired as fast as I could pull the trigger. There were no malfunctions and no reduced noise. Recoil was there yet not great. I did the same procedure as above, yet this time installing BumperGuys' bolt bumper. At first I was thinking, .. probably the same thing is going to happen.... I started with slowly firing the first 30 rounds, .... the recoil was less than with the B***** Tech. I felt that from the start. After firing the last 30 rounds with no malfunctions, I determined that it did not cause a negative problem with the function of the rifle in anyway, and the felt recoil is reduced lower than with the high price competitor. The truth is, for the price, this is a deal, no questions about it. I would highly recommend trying these whether you are satisfied with B***** Tech or not. I think you'll be pleased with the result. I have five Ruger 10/22 LR rifles and have BumperGuy's Bolt Stops in all of them. The receivers are made of aluminum. Far softer than steel  . . . The pins the Bumper Guy sells are softer (some are space age plastics and some are rubber) and help absorb the blows from the steel bolt and keep your receiver from being damaged. It is also theorized that the soft ones add a little recoil to the bolt (bouncing off the rubber) assisting it's forward travel. This would allow you to shoot slower ammo that might otherwise not cycle (jam) in your gun. Subsonic ammo is quieter! The Soft Bolt Stop definitely makes the gun quieter, and with less recoil, making the gun more pleasing to shoot. All in all, it is a no loose situation. It doesn't matter if you want to save your receiver, make your gun operate quieter, or have less recoil. The bottom line is they work. Good luck.  Subsonic
